Sestiere Cannaregio, Rio de Ca’ Widman. Tipico skyline veneziano costituito da un affastellamento cubista di corpi di fabbrica. L’intenzione di questo tipo di edilizia è quella di catturare quanto più possibile luce esterna e trascinarla all’interno delle abitazioni. In tempi di quarantena si apprezza pienamente la fortuna di avere questi terrazzamenti in particolare spicca la regina delle terrazze veneziane, “l’altana” sul tetto.

Rio de Ca’ Widman (Stadtbezirk Castello). Typische venezianische Skyline zusammengesetzt aus kubistischen Gebäuden bzw. Gebäudeteilen. Ziel ist es, so viel externes Licht wie möglich einzufangen und es in die Häuser zu bringen. In Zeiten der Quarantäne ist es ein Glück, eine Terrassen zu haben. Die Krönung des Glückes aber ist die Altana: die venezianische Dachterrasse par excellenze, die oben auf dem Dach einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Dächer der Lagunenstadt bietet.
